Before AI ARMY, I spent 17+ years embedded inside organizations — managing $1M+ ad budgets at Bayer, leading campaigns for Mayo Clinic and Hearst Media, and serving as the de facto marketing and ops leader at SKU IQ, where I grew revenue 57% in 6 months and scaled the platform from under 1,000 users to over 36,000.

What I learned: the gap between strategy and execution is almost always an infrastructure problem. Great ideas stall because the tools don't talk to each other. Teams work harder than they should because nobody built the automation layer. Leadership makes slow decisions because the data is scattered across five dashboards that disagree.
